Strong Shoulders

I’m going to take some heat for this – but I have strong shoulders. I just put a new website up on my favorites – girltalk. Now why would I put girtalk on my favorites list? -- There is no single website that I am aware of that is such a full-service site for cross-centered women to come and read, learn and fellowship.
This site reminds me of a quote that I once heard, and have since cherished. I take much joy in now sharing it with you:

“A woman's heart should be so hidden in Christ
that a man has to seek Him first to find her”

I am the father of two daughters, two young ladies who I have the great pleasure to watch grow in grace. There is another young lady who is the mother of my grandchildren. It is also my joy to watch her grow in humility, grace and meekness.
The effort of those behind this website helps my girls hide their hearts in the savior. And this site challenges their men to seek Him above all else.

I mentioned my daughters and daughter-in-law, but not my wife. Well Martha will be the first to tell you that she still has a lot to learn. But when I see her, I see a Tabitha-like servant who has not only hidden her heart, but she is influencing another generation of godly, cross-centered women.
